When will this economy improve?
In the fall of last year, I thought the economy might be turning around by now. Now Chrysler is going into bankruptcy and GM is following. This means all the dealerships will suffer and the suppliers etc. etc. We have tent cities going up and more people are losing their homes.
Where will all the "blue collar" workers find other employment opportunities? I know that there is a push for alternative energy and infrastructure rebuilding, but I can’t see that this will be enough.
If we can turn it around, what do you think the economy will be like in 10 years. Where will the manufacturing jobs be?
And not just in 10 years, when do you think the economy will turn around?
Never, we’ll see a fake inflationary boom soon but its not real wealth creation.
We’ll see at 10 year depression probably…we’re making the same maistakes as in 1929.

July 12th, 2010 at 4:41 amHopefully within the next 3 to 5 years you will start seeing an improvement in the economy. Our president cannot fix the economy himself. I think is up to the great American people but as from what I can see most of my relatives and friends are lazy and not productive. People who have ideas and people who invest will change our economy. I personally invest 30% of my income in renewable energy because I believe that is a way to create jobs and make our world a heather place. Another 10% I invest in the health industry while the remaining money goes into savings and bills. Once we start investing in what we want the United States to become that is when the economy will start getting better. I hope my opinion gives you another outlook on life. People think I am wealth when I talk about investing but I am below average income by a lot and I still find a way to invest. Just remember to save because living in control of your debt is a major part of being successful.
