when the car makers file bankruptcy?

Okay i recently got into a car accident that totaled my car. And im now looking for another car but if i want to say get a chevy. Is it going to be hard to find parts for my car in the future or what is going to happen? advice on cars will be good to thank youuu

    Buy a Honda……. they’re not going anywhere for sure.

    Nothing to worry about, they’re not going anywhere, they’re reorganizing. BK protects assets from creditors while the pencil pushers and bean counters work out the plan.

    I’d expect there’d be an adequate supply of parts for close to a decade, especially if it’s a model that sells pretty well. And there are specialists in defunct brands: you can still find some Studebaker parts, for instance, and the last Studes were made in 1966.

    There will always be parts for a chevy, and there will always be a chevy, even if they go into bankruptcy, they will come out of it stronger and leaner.

    But even if they did in fact fail, there will always plenty of parts.
