What's the best way to finance a new mobile when you have filed bankruptcy less than a year ago?
Have an 1979 mobile with an addition attached. Roof had a massive leak, mold found in addition, and addition is over the septic tank. Water lines need to be replaced. It would take 20K to do the repairs. Owe 35K on a line of credit place is worth about 60K. It sits on almost a half acre. Would like to replace old with new. What is the best way to go?
