Is Victoria's Secret going out of business after the holidays?

My mom said she heard they are one of the companies filing bankruptcy after the holidays. I don’t know where she heard it from, but is it true? I’ve looked online to see if there are signs that this could be true, but I’m not finding anything. I love Vicky’s and I just can’t believe it. Please say it isn’t so!

What is a fair price to pay for a chapter 7 bankruptcy in Iowa? A lawyer wants $2500, is that too much?

I recently visited a big city to see some relatives and there were signs everywhere that said bankruptcy 0. 00 seems like too much for what amounts to filling out some forms and filing with the court. What is a fair or typical price in Iowa?
