A friend of mines husband filed bankruptcy in 2002, under the old law, he had a 5 year repayment plan. The bankruptcy ends in Febuary 2007, when is his bankruptcy dischared so they can look to buy a home, the morgage company wants a discharge paper from there trustee. any help would be great.
I am on the borderline of filing for bankruptcy, i have about 9 thousand dollars in debt so i would really like to avoid bankruptcy if possible…i just dont know the different alternatives…BTW my account was charged off so they told me i couldnt workout a repayment plan…they told me that i would have to come up with the amount in full or they could settle for about 60-70% of what i owe em but i still dont have that kind of money
I’m two months behind on my mortgage payment. I’m working with my mortgage company on a repayment plan, but have read some horrible stuff about this mortgage company online. My credit is terrible and refinance is out of the question. I’m working to repair my credit, but I want to have options before the house goes into foreclosure. HELP!!!
