Filing Bankruptcy? I need help!!!?

I have at least -10,000 in collection debt. I was in a car accident last year that my insurance refused to cover so there’s additional medical and court costs added on there somewhere. I have no job, no license to get to work ro anywhere. I want to file bankruptcy but I keep hearing there are all types of fees and payments. I have {content}. No savings or checking, I own no house or car. Nothing. Someone please direct me in the right place? There has to be some place out there that helps people in my situation. I live in Chicago IL if that makes a diffrence. And I have searched online and got no where.

Looking for bankruptcy fees for under $2,000 in San Diego, CA?

I would like to file for bankruptcy in San Diego. I spoke with a lawyer and the quote for attorney fees, court costs, etc was just over ,000. I am trying to shop around, but most law firms don’t post rates online. If anyone could recommend a law firm / lawyer that would cost less than ,000 in the San Diego area – it would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.
