I Need A New York Attorney That Deals With Chapter 13 Bankruptcy And Is Not Too Expensive?

Do you know of a lawyer in New York city (or the neighbourhoud) that deals with bankruptcy chapter 13 and that works with a payment schedule? (the ones that I had contacted just fill it up when they receive the full payment for the case and I do not have that amount of money at once)

Is there any way to get a house loan refinanced after filing bankruptcy?

We had to file bankruptcy, keeping the house , our house payment is 08 monthly, The bankruptcy chapter 13 is 1 monthly. Now our income is lower and we are slowly getting behind we are looking for any way to lower the payment. Any serious advice appreciated.
