I am considering filing for bankruptcy. I am paying a collection agency and attorneys for a collection agency. They threatened to file judgments. I also had a judgment filed againstt me last week.
One that is not high-volume that serves high-middle to upper class clients for bankruptcy and planning. Any suggestions or other similar level attorneys that could provide us a referral. We don’t want the 00 in and out style. We want someone who is known as one of the best and is accessible throughout the process.
Some one advised me that you could go to court and they have a particular department which guides you through the filing process at a very low cost. But cheap isn’t always the best but I also contacted several attorneys and the going price is ,500 or so. Any advice?
