I just filed this month. Your lawyer is on your side. Mine actually told me not to work too much or I wouldn’t qualify for chapter 7. Well, we qualified! Now we are waiting for the meeting of the creditors. That is where you will be defending your situation against the court. It is not that bad though. Lasts 5 minutes. Good luck!

If you had a 2nd job and managed your money, maybe BK wouldn’t have occurred.
