How often can you file bankruptcy?
I last filed in 2002 and I know that the laws have changed since then. Regretably, I am now divorced and left with poor credit due to the separation.

my ex has just filed again, and he filed in 1999 and again in 2002 to avoid paying court ordered child support. he filed again just last week and so, my answer to you, is you can file again. I am sure you have legitimate reason to file, unlike that moron. Good luck.
