How difficult is it to file for ch 7 bankruptcy?????

I may have to file bankruptcy due to losing a court case and owing ,000 for attorney fees and court costs.

How much would it cost to hire a bankruptcy lawyer to do it? And is it possible I can be denied????

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

   some lawyers allow payments. we did it and we had a lawyer. there are so many little things it’s best to get a lawyer to do this. i am glad we had one.

   its easier to hire a bnkrupcy lawter so they do all the paperwork. all you gotta do is show up to court

   It is inconvenient, and probably expensive, but so is your situation, yet much worse than filing bankruptcy. Expect to pay maybe $1500 to $2000, depending on the lawyer. Best to shop around. Often you can get free consultations from lawyers. During the free consultations, you can find out:

   1. What the lawyer can do for you.
   2. How much it is going to cost.
   3. What is the likelyhood of success.

   You should get some free consultations, and shop around for the best legal representation at the lowest possible price.
