That is what you're paying your attorney for... when you did the homework packet from your attorney, you should have listed all of the unsecured debts/creditors. They'll go by that list and incidentally, when you file bk, all of your creditors are notified and legally will not be able to call you for payment. You do have an attorney, don’t you?
