bad bankruptcy lawyer?

Help! My bankruptcy lawyer is delaying to file my case. Every time I ask him did he filed it he finds excuses, and that he will file it electronically .When i ask him is there any problem he said no everything is ok. Now it’s already three weeks and he still didn’t file my case.
